RULES OF VISITORS’ CONDUCT (ENG)
„Līvu Akvaparks” owned by “Akvaparks” LTD, ID No.40003508890, in Jūrmala, at 24 Viestura Street, is a multi-functional water theme park, requiring for physical efforts and activities. Visitors must assess their physical capacities and swimming skills before visitation the Water Theme Park. Attractions have been developed scientifically and correct usage and exploitation thereof don’t incur any threats to human life and health.
The Rules of Conduct must be adhered to by all visitors irrespectively to age. The Rules have been made out in three languages on blue – background posters and placed on the territory of the Water Theme Park, in the lobby at entrances and published in the Internet home page www.akvaparks.lv in several languages. „Akvaparks” LTD shall not be held responsible should a visitor inflict harm to health, endanger his /her or other people’s life, incur losses to a third party through failure to adhere to the foregoing Rules or also disregarding instructions of employees of the Water Theme Park.
Trained life-savers monitor visitors’ activities in the Water Theme Park. A visitor prior to entering into the service agreement (buying a ticket) should carefully get acquainted with the foregoing Rules and adhere to thereof during receiving the services.
Rules, guidelines and instructions of a particular attraction on the territory of the Water Theme Park have higher legal force and a visitor undertakes to adhere to thereof.
I.ENTRY ONTO THE WATER THEME PARK.
1.Purchase of tickets proves that the visitor has got acquainted with the Rules and undertakes to adhere to thereof.
2.A visitor under the age of 18 years old, when buying a ticket, must present an identity paper (passport, student’s card etc.).
3.At the entrance a booking clerk issues to a visitor a bracelet (a chip) relevant to the age of the visitor as follow:
3.1. a blue adult’s bracelet (chip), issued to visitors, who have attained 18 years old, the chips are programmed to the tune of Ls 25,00 credit, within which the visitor can spend money for services, including alcoholic beverages at bars;
3.2. an orange teenager’s bracelet (chip), issued to visitors at the age of 14 - 17 years old, the chips are programmed to the tune of Ls -25,00 credit, within which the visitor can spend money for services. Visitors, having the said bracelet, are PROHIBITED to buy alcoholic beverages;
3.3. a red child’s bracelet (chip), issued to visitors at the age of 6 - 13 years old, with which services at bars and in restaurants are not available.
4. A visitor, when receiving an electronic bracelet (a chip) and registering at the entrance, shall determine the time of staying in the Water Theme Park. At the exit from the park a visitor must re-register and then there shall be determined the time spent in the Water Theme Park. A visitor shall pay for exceeding the time limit, when leaving the Water Theme Park, according to Akvaparks LTD determined price.
5. A visitor during staying in the Water Theme Park and thereafter may not leave the territory of the Water Theme Park without registration and returning the electronic bracelet. When leaving the Water Theme Park the electronic bracelet is registered and it shall not be returned to the visitor. A visitor, who wishes to leave the territory of the Water Theme Park and returns the electronic bracelet, if desiring to get back, shall be admitted to the Water Theme Park providing purchase of a new ticket.
6. Rules set forth in Clause 5 shall not be applicable in a case when a visitor is forced to leave the premises of the Water Theme Park through other exit. In such a case a visitor’s electronic bracelet shall be given to persons, who accompany the visitor, or to the head booking clerk.
7. Children under the age of 14 years old may visit the Water Theme Park only if accompanied by parents or adults and under the strict control of the said persons. Adults must be at least of 18 years old and they must assume responsibility for conduct of entrusted children, as well as for adherence to the foregoing Rules, signing at the entrance a confirmation about monitoring children under the age of 14 years old.
8. A head of a group or a person in charge for corporative events shall get, at the request, instructions about rules of conduct of visitors from a representative of the Life- saving service of the Water Theme Park. A head of a group or a person in charge for corporative events shall assume responsibility for all participants of the group / corporative visitors under the foregoing Rules.
9. Depending upon loading of the Water Theme Park the Administration is eligible to discontinue admission for a time until free places are available.
10. Visitors shall not be admitted 90 minutes before closing.
11. Administration of Akvaparks LTD is eligible to change offer of attractions any time without preliminary notification. In such cases discounts on admission fee shall not be applicable.
II.EXCLUSIONS FOR VISITORS OF THE WATER THEME PARK.
1.The Water Theme Park is not designed for visitation and it is strictly prohibited to be visited by:
1.1.persons with fever, conjunctivitis, skin diseases and other contagious diseases that endanger or might endanger life and health of other visitors;
1.2.persons with poor health condition (cardiovascular diseases, cold in the head, head injuries etc.);
1.3.persons under alcohol, drug or other inebriants;
1.4.pets.
2.A person, who doesn’t have an electronic bracelet (chip), shall not be admitted to the Water Theme Park.
3.Visitation of the Water Theme Park shall not be allowed to persons, whose visitation might endanger the order, the safety and sanitary condition of the Water Theme Park and /or whose behavior goes against morals or conventional rules of conduct.
4.Visitors, who fail to adhere to the foregoing Rules, caution signs placed in the Water Theme Park, captions, instructions of savers, might be turned out of the Water Theme Park, without repaying the admission fee.
III.USAGE OF THE WATER THEME PARK.
1.A visitor with the help of the electronic bracelet (chip) on the territory of the „Līvu akvaparks” can:
1.1. open or close locker in the locker room, pay for services, receive information about a number of visitor’s locker, duration of staying on the territory of the Water Theme Park and spent virtual credit.
1.2. a visitor may use an accordant bracelet (chip) as means of payment at bars and in restaurants, as well as for other services. Should a visitor exceed the programmed credit, then he /she shall pay off the spent amount at the exit cash desk.
1.3. Should there appear any uncertainty about usage of the bracelet, please, contact a booking clerk in the locker room.
2.Electronic bracelets are individually programmed and the bracelets cannot be duplicated.
3.Upper garments and street footwear in winter must be left in the cloakroom for upper garments. Street footwear must be changed before entering the cloak room.
4.A visitor must present identity papers at the request of employee of the Water Theme Park.
5.A visitor may stay in the Water Theme Park wearing bathing sandals or bare footed, in swimming trunks and swimming suits or beach clothes.
6.It is not allowed to wear in the Water Theme Park swimming trunks and swimming suits with open zip-fasteners, buckles, studs or metal decorative patterns.
7.All types of spectacles must be fixed with the help of straps.
8.Before entering the zone of attractions of the Water Theme Park visitors must have a shower and the cross disinfecting foot baths. Visitors after every baths must have a shower.
9.It is not allowed to bring glass – ware things and food apart from specific baby food.
10.Shift of clothes and denudation are allowed only in dressing cubicles.
11.Splashing through pipes in nylon swimming suits and swimming trunks in some cases may damage thereof.
12.A visitor undertakes to adhere to regulations of every particular attraction.
13.Attractions, saunas, swimming pools, restaurants and bars must be vacated 15 minutes before the end of the working hours of the Water Theme Park or IMMEDIATELY upon saver’s indication.
14.Whereas Akvaparks LTD doesn’t accept visitor’s belongings for storage, but only transfer lockers into visitor’s usage, Akvaparks LTD is not responsible for clothes, documents, mobile phones, valuables etc. property left and lost on the territory of the Water Theme Park, locker room and lockers.
15.A visitor, prior to going to the Water Theme Park, must carefully check if THE LOCKER IS CLOSED CORRECTLY. Instructions for closing lockers are placed at every locker.
16.Akvaparks LTD is not responsible for losses, traumas and other affects incurred by inadvertence or through failure to adhere to the foregoing Rules.
17.In a case of damage to visitor’s health and /or belongings, please, immediately contact the nearest saver in order to state and register a place of accident, time and circumstances in the accident registry of Akvaparks LTD. In a case of failure to adhere to the said regulations no claim of visitors of the Water Theme Park shall be considered and satisfied.
18.A visitor shall indemnify for losses incurred to Akvaparks LTD or a third party.
IV.ON THE TERRITORY OF THE WATER THEME PARK IT IS PROHIBITED.
1.to smoke on the entire territory of the Water Theme Park,
2.to scream, to whistle, and to call for help without any reason, in order not to delude savers, to run (visitors can get injuries while slipping), to push other visitors,
3.to use the Water Theme Park in irrelevant clothes, for example, in underwear. Children under the age of 3 years old may visit the Water Theme Park only in water proof pampers.
4.to jump into the swimming pool from edges, to run along the edges of the swimming pool and to jump into the pool, also to slide along sliding cannels and pipes with the head first, to dive and to swim in prohibited places,
5.to spit onto the floor and into water, to ease nature in places other than toilets. Fine for child’s urinating outside of toilet – Ls 5 (five lats).
6.to swim in pipes break pools, when sliding down pipes to stay in brake zones and pools,
7.to climb pipes and handrails,
8.to use attractions, saunas and swimming pools under alcohol or drugs. The Rescue Service is eligible to require to make B-test and to turn drunken visitors (allowed norm - 0,5 PM) out of the Water Theme Park without repaying admission fee,
9.to use attractions if pregnant,
10.to disregard guidelines for use of pipes and other attractions and instructions (in any uncertainty, please, contact savers), indications referring depth of swimming pools,
11.for reasons of safety it is prohibited to use pipes and attractions when wearing rings, watches, earrings, chains etc.,
12.children must not stay in swimming pools without “oversleeves” or life vests,
13.It is prohibited to use „Selga Dive” attraction by visitors who can’t swim, depth is 3,5m,
14.to leave children under the age of 14 years old unattended by adults,
15.to drink alcoholic beverages if younger then 18 years old,
16.to stay in the “Shark” zone unattended by parents if younger than 14 years old,
17.to use attractions out of operation.
V. RESPONSIBILITY OF VISITOR.
1. It is prohibited to bring food and beverages onto the territory of the Water Theme Park. Fine for bringing glass - ware - Ls 50,00 and turning out of the Water Theme Park without repayment of admission fee.
2. Fine for smoking on the territory of the Water Theme Park - Ls 10,00.
3. Fine in a case of losing electronic bracelet amounts to Ls 30,00, for children - Ls 7,00. In a case of loss of locker’s room number an amount of fine is Ls 5,00, fine for loss of locker’s key - Ls 5,00.
