Turkish bath

Rest and enjoy the relaxing heat - it is a wonderful tool for keeping in shape and cherishing your beauty

The high heat and moisture that occurs during the heating of the sauna has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system, it improves blood circulation and helps remove toxins. After the Turkish bath, we recommend to douse yourself in cool water to refresh your relaxed body. The recommended duration of one visit - up to 15 minutes. While in the sauna, always follow your body's signals and do not strain yourself.
